
With years of experience leading expeditions on Mount Elbrus, I have designed a 10 day training & climbing itinerary to assist you and team to increase your chances of reaching the summit of the highest peak in Europe Continent. I focused on few important approach – gradual acclimatisation while learning all basics in Alpine Climbing Course on the alpine slopes of Elbrus before making your ascent from the safer and more accessible southern route.
I have been there many times and have planned some simple strategies and focus on your High Altitude Acclimatisation to enhance your overall success rate and safety on the mountain. I have developed specific training recommendations tailored for Mt Elbrus climbs, helping you build the cardio, strength, endurance, and mental resilience required for the summit.
